Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return products for a full refund, provided the tamper-proof seal remains unbroken. Please contact us at tranquil-essence@outlook.com to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For products where the tamper-proof seal has been broken, we can only accept returns if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
