Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are handcrafted and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard UK delivery is free and usually arrives within 3-5 business days from dispatch.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress. If your delivery is delayed or there's a change to your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Failed or missed deliveries: If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they'll leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange receipt of your order.

Lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no delivery attempt, please contact us at tranquil-essence@outlook.com and we'll investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve the issue.
